Phone call from MS
Yeah, MS customer service called me on a Saturday, just to let me know they are following the progress of my 360 replacement. I guess they want to make sure the same thing doesn't happen again, getting shipped a faulty machine. Depending on how things work out, I might keep the 360. I am not happy with the overall gaming experience I have had to date, very frustrated with it actually.
