Carbs are not my friend, but they make me feel good - briefly
I am at the stage of the year when I really have very little to no energy to do any exercise. I do like to exercise, but for some reason September, October and November really are low energy times for me. It is then I start to eat lots of food that ain't good for you. I am trying my best to battle the craving for bread, but it is a tug of war kind of thing. I can resist for a while, but then I just want to eat it. Cookies are not doing it for me (just plain cookies), and chips are what I crave instead of bread. I haven't exercised in 8 days. So my energy is low. Exercise actually boost my energy, I know it, so this overall feeling of low energy suck so bad. Either I will get back into my exercised this week, or leave them until a few weeks from now. But if I do all the hard work in the past I done to loose 45 pounds is going to go to waste.
My exercise routine is basically aimed at weights, nothing too heavy, but it last 30 to 40 minutes. I workout possibly 4 to 5 times per week. It keeps me in shape enough, makes me feel better and does help in my work routine, which can be physically very demanding at times.
Well, lets see how I feel later on.
